  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.

  • No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule once without penalty, provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Emergencies: Life happens—emergency situations will always be handled with understanding and flexibility.

Refund & Payment Terms

  • All payments are collected upfront at the time of booking.

  • Payments are non-refundable.

  • If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, your payment will be applied as a credit toward a future booking within 60 days.

  • Credits cannot be transferred to another person.
