Cancellations & Rescheduling

24-Hour Notice

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled with fewer than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.

No-Shows

Missed appointments without notice are charged the full session fee.

Rescheduling

If you reschedule with 24+ hours’ notice, your appointment can be moved once, based on availability.

Payments & Refunds

All Sales Final.

Payments are collected at booking and are non-refundable.

No Credits or Transfers

Payments cannot be applied to future bookings or transferred to another person.

Running Late

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, we’ll still end at the original time. If you’re more than 10 minutes late without notice, it may be treated as a no-show.
